How much does a matchmaker cost?
Matchmaking prices vary widely. Here is what to ask before paying — and how Ask A Bestie’s $500 six-month model works.
There is no single matchmaking price
Services can use memberships, packages, per-introduction fees or high-touch retainers. Before comparing prices, compare what the fee actually includes.
Ask what is guaranteed
A guaranteed number of introductions is not the same as guaranteed compatibility. Ask how matches are chosen, whether both people are vetted and what happens when a date teaches the matchmaker something new.
Ask A Bestie costs $500 for six months
We do not promise a number of dates; we promise to look for quality dates. If we set you up on zero dates during the six months, we refund you. Otherwise, there are no refunds.
Optional astrology is $50 per reading
Once we find you a date, you can ask us to compare your astrological charts before or after the date. Completely optional. Ask A Bestie is, however, run by Scorpios.
